In the early hours of March 25, 2021, the life of 14-year-old Dominique Ross, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The incident unfolded at an apartment complex located in the 4200 block of SE 53rd Street, where police responded to a call of a shooting at approximately 1:52 AM.
