In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Oklahoma City, a violent intrusion shattered the peace of an apartment complex in the northwest part of the city. Inside one of the units, 22-year-old Phillip Gates, a Black/African American male, was with his girlfriend, Myesha Alexander, when an attacker broke in.
