In the quiet city of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, a daughter's concern for her mother's well-being led to a tragic discovery. Seventy-two-year-old Linda Jeffcoat Davenport, a Caucasian female, was found deceased in her home on November 14, 2021, after a family member, unable to contact her for several days, requested a welfare check.
