In the early morning hours of July 17, 2022, a dispute between two groups of young people at the popular downtown Tulsa landmark, the Center of the Universe, escalated into a fatal burst of gunfire. Caught in the crossfire was 18-year-old Serenity McAdoo, who had celebrated her birthday just a week prior.
