In what began as a confrontation on an Oklahoma City street ended in the tragic death of 31-year-old Devyn Hinkle on November 25, 2022. The male victim was found lying in the roadway outside his vehicle at the intersection of N.W. 10th Street and Meridian Avenue, having been shot multiple times.
