Richard DeWitt Bostwick, a 34-year-old male from Bellevue, Wisconsin, was killed on August 28, 2009. He was born in Ottumwa, Iowa, and had moved to the Green Bay area in 2002, where he worked in restoration and construction-related roles. Obituaries published at the time record his death as occurring on Friday, August 28, 2009, not August 8, and note ties to both Ottumwa and Bellevue.
