On a summer evening in Racine, Wisconsin, the life of 44-year-old Musa Tawfig Musa, a White male, was tragically cut short. On August 24, 2021, Musa was fatally wounded by gunfire in an incident that prompted a homicide investigation by the Racine Police Department.
