In the late hours of a Saturday in Milwaukee, tragedy struck a family and a community. On May 23, 2015, Jeremy J. Hollins, a 28-year-old Black male, was in front of a residence near the intersection of 6th Street and Reservoir Avenue. Shortly after 11:30 p.m., the night was shattered by the sound of gunfire.
