On a summer evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 27-year-old Jon Jones, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. On July 5, 2015, Jones was sitting in a parked vehicle with a 25-year-old friend in the 4300 block of N. 104th Street.
