Victor Burgos-Rosario, aged 29, was found dead on July 7, 2015, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His death, along with that of Wilbert Suarez-Otero, was the result of gunshot wounds to the head. The incident occurred in the 600 block of W. Arthur Avenue, where both men were discovered in the roadway.
