The critical injury necessitated immediate medical intervention, and he was rushed to Froedtert Hospital to fight for his life.
For two weeks, he clung to life, a testament to his will to survive.
Despite the efforts of medical professionals, the damage inflicted by the single gunshot wound proved to be insurmountable. On July 23, 2015, two weeks after the shooting, Johnathan Fontaine Dallas succumbed to his injuries, his life cut tragically short. A funeral service was held on July 31, 2015, at Abundant Plaza in Milwaukee, where family, friends, and community members gathered to mourn their loss and honor his memory.
