Tzegai C. Hinson, aged 45, was found dead on June 11, 2016, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His body was discovered in a trash bin near 5th and Wright by a Milwaukee police officer who was alerted by a citizen reporting a foul odor emanating from the garbage cart. Upon investigation, the officer found Hinson's body inside the duct-taped garbage cart. An autopsy revealed that Hinson died from a gunshot wound to the head, and his death was ruled a homicide.
