On a quiet Sunday morning in Milwaukee, the life of 49-year-old Kevin R. Cowser, a male, came to an abrupt and violent end. It was shortly before 7:00 a.m. on September 4, 2016, near 70th and Melvina, when the sound of gunfire shattered the neighborhood's calm. Responding to the incident, police discovered that Cowser had been shot.
Emergency services transported Cowser to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
