In the winter of 2019, a life was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Montrell T. Marks, a 22-year-old Black / African American male, was killed on February 15, 2019. The incident that led to his death unfolded near the intersection of 48th Street and West Clarke Street, stemming from an argument. It was during this dispute that he was fatally shot.
