On the evening of Friday, October 7, 2016, the life of 24-year-old Patrick D. Washington was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. A Black male, Washington was discovered lying on a back walkway to a residence near 19th Street and Capitol Drive at approximately 9:30 p.m. He had sustained a gunshot wound.
