In the early morning hours of October 9, 2016, a night of socializing turned tragic in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, ending the life of 32-year-old Timothy Olinger, a Black/African American male. The incident unfolded outside of the Comments Nightclub, located near 52nd and Hampton, where Olinger was a patron. At approximately 2:45 a.m., law enforcement responded to a call regarding a man with a gun. Upon their arrival, they discovered Olinger with a very serious gunshot wound.
