In the autumn of 2016, the life of Clinton E. Washington, a 34-year-old Black/African American man, was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On the evening of October 20th, a grim discovery was made in the 2400 block of N. Holton Street where Washington's body was found inside a trash can around 6:30 p.m. The nature of the discovery immediately prompted a homicide investigation by the Milwaukee Police Department.
