In the quiet community of Loganville, Wisconsin, a summer day took a tragic turn on August 8, 2017, ending in the death of 14-year-old Timothy Hershberger. The young male was fatally shot in the chest with a. 22 caliber rifle outside his home. The incident occurred while he and his 10-year-old brother were engaged in a game of "cops and robbers."
