In the late summer of 2017, the life of a young Black / African American man, Dante Quezaire Jr., was cut tragically short at the age of 21. On the morning of Friday, September 1st, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Quezaire was seriously wounded by a gunshot. In the immediate aftermath, he was taken and dropped off at a local hospital. The exact location of the shooting remained a mystery to investigators, a crucial missing piece that would complicate their search for answers.
