Richard D. Curtis, aged 58, tragically lost his life on November 23, 2017, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. According to reports, Curtis was shot and killed during an argument that took place in the 2700 block of N. 36th Street. The incident occurred on Thanksgiving Day, adding a somber note to the holiday for his family and the community.
