In the warm evening hours of August 6, 2018, a burst of violence shattered the playful atmosphere of a popular Milwaukee park, leaving two young men dead. Cammeron G. Ealy, a 22-year-old Black male, was one of the victims in the tragic double homicide that unfolded at the park known as "Swing Park," located on Water Street. The other victim was 17-year-old William E. Davis Jr.
