Migdalia Castro, a 60-year-old woman from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, tragically lost her life on August 7, 2019, after being caught in the crossfire of a shooting. The incident occurred on Milwaukee's near west side, specifically in the 2700 block of West Kilbourn Avenue.
