On a Saturday evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 16-year-old Fabian Guzman was abruptly cut short in a senseless act of violence. On September 19, 2020, the male teenager was a passenger in a vehicle that was involved in a minor traffic accident near North 6th Street and West Walnut Street.
