Jimmy Carlos Logan, 43, a Black man, was shot on a Wednesday evening near North 63rd Street and West Carmen Avenue in Milwaukee. Police said the gunfire erupted around 6:45 p.m. on March 10, 2021, and Logan was rushed to a hospital with life-threatening wounds. He died days later, on Saturday, March 13, from the injuries he suffered in the attack.
