Leotis Randle, a 56-year-old Black/African American male, tragically lost his life on the night of May 11, 2015, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Shortly after 10 p.m., an alert from the city's ShotSpotter system directed law enforcement to the northeast corner of North 27th Street and West Highland Avenue. There, at a bus stop, officers found Randle suffering from a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
