Leotis Randle, a 56-year-old man from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was fatally shot on May 11, 2015. The incident occurred just after 10:00 p.m. at the northeast corner of N. 27th Street and W. Highland Avenue. A ShotSpotter alert directed police officers to the scene, where they found Randle.
