In the early moments of April 2, 2021, a grim discovery was made in a residence on Hungary Lake Lane in the quiet Town of Sand Lake, Wisconsin. Deputies from the Sawyer County Sheriff's Office, responding to a call, entered the home to find 42-year-old Cary Lynne Elkin deceased.
