Deveon D. Robbins, a 20-year-old resident of Racine, Wisconsin, tragically lost his life on May 15, 2021. Robbins was fatally shot at a Marathon gas station on Rapids Drive in Racine. The incident occurred when Robbins, identified as a rival gang member, was approached by two teenagers, Obie Glover and David Luckett. Surveillance footage revealed that Robbins and the assailants exchanged words before Glover and Luckett fired their weapons at near point-blank range, resulting in Robbins' death....Read More
