On a Wednesday evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of Carl Eugene Gray Jr., a 58-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short. On November 3, 2021, in the 2700 block of West Capitol Drive, Gray was the victim of a fatal shooting. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office was called to the scene to investigate the homicide of an adult male.
