Michael “Blue” Curtis King, a Black/African American male, 66, was found mortally wounded inside a residence near North 30th Street and West Roosevelt Drive in Milwaukee on the evening of March 28, 2022. Officers who responded to the call reported finding him slumped “half on a chair and half on a footstool,” with a handgun about an inch from his right hand, the barrel angled toward his abdomen.
