Mathayus Burton, an 18-year-old from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, tragically lost his life on June 20, 2022. The incident occurred near 6th and Rogers, where a Ring camera captured the sound of gunfire. According to reports, Burton was shot multiple times and died at the scene. He was a young father, leaving behind three children and another on the way. His family described him as a hardworking individual who was dedicated to providing for his family and improving his community.
