In the heart of Seattle's Chinatown International District, the night of February 19, 1983, descended into a scene of unimaginable horror. Inside the Wah Mee Club, a popular though illicit gambling den, a robbery turned into a massacre, leaving thirteen people dead. Among the victims was Moo Min Mar, a 52-year-old male restaurateur.
