In the early afternoon of a December day, a burst of violence shattered the calm of Seattle's Columbia City neighborhood, forever altering the lives of those involved. Mohamed Nejash, a 21-year-old Black / African American male, was riding in a car on December 8, 2017, when another vehicle pulled alongside.
