Denise Marie Bellafiore, a 71-year-old woman, was last seen in San Diego, California on May 20, 2021. On that day, Bellafiore was discharged from an assisted living facility in Poway with the intention of being transported by taxi to another facility in Chula Vista. However, she reportedly instructed the taxi driver to take her to downtown San Diego instead.
