Blanca Estella Romero, age 37, was last seen on September 4, 1999, in San Diego, California. She had traveled to Tijuana, Mexico, with her sister, Olga, to attend a party. While there, Blanca informed her sister that she was planning to travel to Tecate with two Hispanic men they had met. After this, she was not heard from again.
