In the cold, early hours of February 19, 1983, the vibrant sounds of the Wah Mee gambling club in Seattle's International District fell silent, replaced by the echoes of a brutal and calculated massacre. Among the thirteen lives tragically cut short that night was Jean B. Mar, a 46-year-old woman. She, along with her husband and the other patrons, became unsuspecting victims of a robbery that would escalate into the deadliest mass murder in Washington state's history.
