In the summer of 1988, a young woman named Stacy Elizabeth Hawn, a 23-year-old White/Caucasian female, vanished. She was last seen alive on July 7, 1988, in Seattle, Washington. For months, her whereabouts remained a mystery, a painful void for those who knew her. The search for answers came to a grim conclusion on December 28, 1988, when her skeletal remains were discovered in a remote area south of Big Lake in Skagit County.
