In the late summer of 2014, the life of a young Hispanic man, Erled Niko Lopez-Mosquera, was tragically cut short in Tacoma, Washington. The 23-year-old Colombian immigrant was discovered deceased on the morning of Friday, August 22, 2014. His body was found inside a vehicle that had been left in the 1200 block of 114th Street East in the Parkland area.
