On the night of August 15, 2016, Jorge Antonio Jimenez, a 20-year-old resident of Kennewick, WA, tragically lost his life in a fatal shooting incident outside the Heatherstone Apartments. The incident occurred when Jimenez confronted two men who were vandalizing his car by carving a gang sign into its paint.
