In the quiet evening of September 16, 2021, the life of 23-year-old Hispanic/Latino male Jaden Quintero was tragically cut short in Kennewick, Washington. At approximately 9:30 p.m., multiple residents in the downtown area contacted 911 to report the sound of gunfire.
