In the early morning hours of September 22, 2021, the life of 18-year-old Alyssa Moore, a Mixed Race female, was tragically cut short in Kennewick, Washington. Just after 3 a.m., residents near the intersection of West 7th Place and South Kent Street were startled by the sound of up to four gunshots.
