Jesse Velasco, known by the nickname "Lil Dozer," was a 15-year-old boy from Riverside, California, who tragically lost his life on December 3, 2005. On that fateful day, Jesse was walking on Streeter Avenue near Sunnyside Drive when he was approached by an assailant who opened fire. Jesse was struck by at least one of the bullets and succumbed to his injuries. The motive behind the shooting remains unclear, but it was a senseless act of violence that cut short a young life.
