Roberto A. Flores Segura, a 25-year-old resident of Pasco, WA, tragically lost his life on August 8, 2022, in a gang-related drive-by shooting. According to reports, Segura was standing outside a home near West Brown Street and North 19th Avenue when a vehicle approached and opened fire. He sustained severe gunshot wounds and succumbed to his injuries the following day.
