In the rugged hills of Whitesburg, Kentucky, a young white man named William Wright, only 18 years of age, found his life cut tragically short. On April 10, 1901, the young man, who had been with the Letcher County Sheriff's Office for just four months, was on a mission of both justice and vengeance.
