Kamarion Posey, a 4-year-old boy from Louisville, Kentucky, tragically passed away on May 2, 2014, due to injuries sustained from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The incident occurred on April 26, 2014, at his home on Narragansett Drive near Algonquin Park. Kamarion accidentally shot himself in the face and was immediately taken to Kosair Children's Hospital, where he remained in critical condition until his death.
