In the spring of 2015, the life of Larry T. Bell, a 28-year-old Black male known affectionately as 'Hulk,' was tragically cut short. On the evening of April 21st, shots rang out in the parking lot of the Centerbrook Apartments in Shelbyville, Kentucky. When the sound subsided, Bell, a resident of Louisville, was found grievously wounded. He was rushed to the hospital but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
