On April 28, 2015, 24-year-old Thomas Edward Ratliff of Eubank, Kentucky, tragically passed away. Born on December 24, 1990, he was the son of Kimberly and Ralph Letner. Thomas was married to Angela Michelle Ratliff, with whom he had three sons: Caden Shaun, Bryson Edward, and Brayden Nathaniel. His untimely death was a significant loss to his family and the Eubank community.
