In the spring of 2015, a confrontation inside a car in Louisville, Kentucky, ended the life of 26-year-old Joseph Starks. On April 29th, witnesses observed Starks getting into a black Oldsmobile sedan. Shortly after, the sound of multiple gunshots rang out from within the vehicle. The car then sped away with Starks still inside, marking the beginning of a three-day period before his body was discovered.
