Cordell Richardson, a 28-year-old man from Louisville, Kentucky, was found shot to death on April 29, 2015, in Radcliff, KY. His body was discovered inside a car parked at an apartment complex on Navaho Court around 6:40 a.m. Richardson did not reside in the apartment complex where his body was found.
