In the early morning hours of Saturday, July 22, 2023, a tragedy unfolded in the parking lot of a Waffle House in Radcliff, Kentucky, that cut short the life of 18-year-old Shane Anthony Estrada. The young man, a resident of Radcliff, was fatally shot in an incident that also claimed the life of 30-year-old Carlos Bello.
