In the Bashford Manor neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, a 23-year-old man named Gyasi Carothers-Spotts was fatally shot on Saturday, November 28, 2015. The incident occurred just before 7 p.m. in the 3200 block of Golden Turtle Circle. The Jefferson County Coroner's Office confirmed that Carothers-Spotts died from a gunshot wound.
